The project, envisioned by Mr. Ajay Aloni and Mrs. Smita Aloni from Nagpur, Maharashtra, aims to develop a homestay cum resort facility near the Tadoba Tiger Reserve. Mr. Ajay Aloni, based in the UAE, is involved in the chemical business, while Mrs. Smita Aloni is a renowned artist specializing in Phad painting from Rajasthan. The facility’s design has been entrusted to Fore Studio, Nagpur.
Artisana has been tasked with implementing Stabilised Rammed Earth walls, including conducting material research and laboratory tests. Most of the construction work was completed in early 2024, with the remaining work on the first floor scheduled for completion in May 2024.
